Having a Buttons to click forward and back on notes for the same client
Is there a way to have two buttons if under the same clients notes or looking at notes in general to be able to view by clicking forward and back without exiting the whole note to enter another note as like with emails going to the next and backwards to view notes?

Attesting to Treatment Plan
Through past audits it has been asked to show documentation of proof that the client received a copy of the treatment plan other than just a signature. Is there any way an attestation statement stating what the signatures are agreeing to and/or check boxes including a statement that the client/guardian participated in the development of the Treatment Plan and that the client has received a copy of the treatment plan be added to the treatment plan signature page.

certification
Go BACK to limiting the ability to add certifications and changes expiration dates in the staff profile to admin only. Just found out that feature has been eliminated and no telling how many of our mandatory certificate dates are expired due to the staff being able to change it.

"Import Goals" Button
Can an "import goals" button be generated to allow and automatic or custom selection of managed client goals, interventions and objectives to be imported into the TCM assessment (initial, annual) and the TCM service plans? ( or other assessment documents for that matter...) Currently clinician needs to retype, listed goals, objectives and interventions for each goal addressed in the assessment or service plan. This feature could reduce time spent on transcribing information that already exists, as well as avoid errors and duplication.

calendar to add next appointment from Intake Assessment
At the end of the Intake Assessment, we have the ability to add the next appointment, but it does not add it to the ShareNote calendar. We have to manually add it ourselves. Is there a way to make this automatically go to the ShareNote calendar the same way it does with a BIRP note indicating the next appointment?

Aging
Need to offer a better Aging report with more specific search filters that include dates of services on spreadsheet. Other programs allow you to search by provider, payer, code, and export with dates of service which is critical to measure claims unpaid. This needs serious improvement.

Adding a general textbox to different Assessments (Crisis Plan particularly) labeled- Additional Notes (If Applicable)
Sometimes Assessments that come standard in Sharenote are great and just what we need, however, sometimes they are missing 1 or 2 elements we really need organizationally. I would like to suggest adding a general textbox labeled: Additional Notes ( if applicable)- this allows different agencies an ability to have what they need which may not come standard with the document. It is a good resolve for everyone.

Reauthorization Summary Form (CANS/ANSA)
In the Reauthorization Summary form, it would be helpful if there was a drop down for either the CANS or ANSA and once it is selected, the CANS or ANSA will populate into the form appropriately. This will be extremely useful for Medicaid reauthorizations and streamline the process for staff.

drag appointments
When you drag the appointment to a new time, the time is not resetting to the window where you dragged the appointment. It is typically several hours earlier than the original appointment. Being able to move appointments this way is needed.

deactivate
Under Client Manager, there is a "discharge" button in red off to the right. Could it be changed to clarify and change the button to "deactivate"? Instead of discharge it will clear confusion from the actual discharging of the client's record. It was explained to me by Tammey that it makes the client's file inactive, not actually discharged.

Step down section of Goal/Tx Plan - We need the space to be expandable. This a major issue in audit because entries run over and not viewable when printed.

signatures
Signature date restrictions is not activated in Assessments, which is a shame because this is causing a lot of issues in audits.
Signatures outside 7 days is a payback and this issue should be taken more seriously.2 votes
