  1. Service Codes updated/changed

    When Service Codes are updated/changed, the codes are updated for the clients with the identified insurance are automatically updated.

    Example: GT Codes added for Medicaid Services are automatically updated in the client's chart.

  2. New E mail collection data fields.

    A data field to collect e mail addresses should be added to the parent/guardian and case worker/case manager section of a client detail page. This provider provides 95% of it's services to youth and adolescents therefore referrals come in from Schools, County agencies, parents, etc.

  3. Add services to multiple clients at once.

    Currently if I add a new service to the Service Manager, there is no way for me to apply that service to all of the clients which forces me to have to add them to each client, one by one. I can add them to the service manager, but it does not apply the service changes to the client on the fly.

  5. Viewing Tx Plan "complete and signed stauts" of clients without opening the document (as in Ax views)

    Is there a way to view all goals so it makes it possible to know tx plans that are signed or unsigned without having to open the document. We are able to view which Ax is marked complete and signed. Can this be done with the Tx plan/Goal screen for all clts ? Thank you !

  6. Adding Billing Codes

    Our agency recently started providing a new service and was told to go to Sharenote to add the billing codes. I am requesting that Sharenote be responsible for adding/updating any billing codes needed in order for the providers to bill.

  9. Need CoPay Amt off of the actual EOB when the 835 is transmitted

    Provider gets the copay off of the insurance cards but would like for any copay amounts unpaid or paid to come through from the 835 file.

  10. Staff Payroll Report Needed

    Provider pays off of whatever claims paid/cleared within the month. Closet internal report is the Community Support Paid Data Report. Please enhance this report to include any/all services. Report needs to be driven by the Date Paid and list amounts and staff names etc.

  14. Payment Posting Feature for BIRP & Assessments

    Can you please add the billing/payroll action that allows amount paid, date paid, and comment all in one quick step? Can you add an option in Assessments to add any payment info? i.e., date paid, amount paid. It has the drop down to choose it but no where to enter the information. PS is it possible to be able to do the activity and the billing payroll all at the same time to make posting quicker?

  16. add new column to show clients in red for "Last seen days" --reflecting # of days since last note

    Hi, when looking at clients in client manager, is there any way to add a column for "BIRP note Last Seen (Days)" to only reflect the number of days that a BIRP note was last submitted? Right now the "Last seen" column it is also taking into account any assessments that have been done, so it is not giving us a good representation of how many days a client was last seen my their therapist/paraprofessional w/corresponding BIRP note. AKA if a BIRP note has not been submitted for the last 14 days, we want it to show up red even…

    When adding an appointment for a staff member; can an email be sent to their sharenote? Also, when in the scheduler, anyway to add where you can click on your appointment and the client and it will take you to their client manager chart?
