  1. Treatment Plan and Treatment Plan Review

    I would like for the system to generate a reminder or notification that the treatment plan and review must be completed before it allows for another note to be written on client past the requirement of 30 or 90 days

  2. Location Supervisor Access-Level Role enhanced to allow note creation for clients no in caseload

    This request is to enhance the access-level for a Location Supervisor to be allowed to create a BIRP note without being required to be assigned to the case. Supervisor must write notes for clients that are not their assigned clients when reviewing/approving documentation (e.g. Assessments, Treatment Plans, etc.) This also includes the calendar.

  3. Diagnosis Alerts

    Can diagnosis that are close to the one year mark be displayed on the dashboard under alerts? I know that this can be done by running a report but it would be extremely helpful if it could populate in the alerts as well.

  4. Show Medication in Notes

    If possible, please add medication to the diagnosis field on notes. This information is added under the health tab, we are needing it to be populated to the note.

  5. Multiple Locations for Same Client

    I would love to have the ability to add clients with their clinical data (Treatment Plans and all items from file manager) including DAP notes to multiple locations. Specifically, my agency has more than 5 locations and sometimes clients need a record in more than 1 location. It has been extremely time depleting to have to create 2 and even 3 records for the same clients just to see said clients in multiple locations. Please help!

    Please make the vitals section a mandatory fields section so assessment notes cannot be submitted without the documentation filled in
