  2. Notes/ Treatment Plan

    I would like for the staff to not be able to submit a note if the treatment plan is expired not just the goals but the whole Treatment plan, currently you can still enter notes if the treatment plan goals are expired.

  4. Claims deletions/voids

    Is there a way to delete a claim that has already been billed out of sharenote so that when the payment comes in from the insurance we know we need to refund that money? I no we could mark it a no bill but if we could void or delete the claim- while still showing the original amount billed so we know what needs to be refunded to the insurance company and what we just need to adjust.

  5. Feature Reques: Ability to copy file structure

    All of our clients are created with the same file structure, i.e. folders and file names. To eliminate typos and save time, it would be a nice feature to have the ability in General Documents to copy an existing file structure to create the file structure for new clients.

  9. Notes should be printed in chronological order rather than newest first.

    Printing notes, most recent first, makes it difficult for an audit or review of progress. It makes no sense to have to print notes, put in chronological order and then scan to send for audit or review. You can select to put notes in the correct order in the note center, however, it will not print in the order selected.

  10. Note Preferences

    The option to print in chronological order. Notes will sort in chronological order to review online, but will not print in chronological order. The system converts back to most recent first. This presents an issue for medical review. All notes must be printed, sorted in chronological order and then scanned. This is a waste of paper and time for a programming issue.

  11. Note Denial

    Sharenote needs to notify you when a note is denied and tell you why that note is denied so it can be fixed. Sharenote also needs to allow people other than Admin to filter the notes by which one is denied because if not we have to go by every single one to check.

  13. audit mode

    When switching to audit mode, the system makes you logout of your account and back in. The same process must be done once you are done with the audit mode and want to go back into the regular mode. This process can be daunting when doing certain tasks. If a Audit Mode toggle button can be added to the top of the pages beside Global note view or Global Client view so that anyone with the admin function can easily toggle back and forth, that would be great.

  14. Automatic locking of notes

    I would like to propose adding a feature for administrators to be able to set an automatic scheduled lock for all of their staff notes to be locked by ShareNote. This would save time for managers/executives of going in every week to lock notes for their assigned staff.

    Staff activity reports should have total billed for staff and overall for period pulled when pulling BIRP notes.
    This is already being done for Universal notes.

  17. Emergency Contact Information

    Sharenote should add a way to update/edit phone numbers for contacts without having to delete the name and relationship. You currently have to type the information in prior to deleting the old information.

    When I navigate to File Manager in a Client's profile, I am able to upload multiple files, however am UNABLE to title each one accordingly in 'Doc Name'. I am also unable to create individual titles in 'Doc Description'. It would be user friendly and save a considerable amount of time for ShareNote to allow us this capability; maybe allow us to do so by separating each Doc Name & Doc Description by a comma.

  20. Mileage

    Implementation of a mileage feature where Users can input their "Start Destination" and "Ending Destination" while out in the field, and total distance will auto populate, and in turn, calculate mileage reimbursement; that way, Users aren't having to use a separate platform (and Admin) isn't having to pay for a separate platform to track mileage.

    Admin could input what the calculation formula would be, and the ShareNote GPS tracking feature would automatically calculate distance and valuation of reimbursement. It would just need to be approved by Admin prior to payout.
