    Can you please add the Columbia Suicide Severity rating Scales to the assessment center like the CANS and ANSA are? This assessment is required by Georgia DBHDD.

    I feel that a tremendous feature to add would be providers being directly alerted within Sharenote when an authorization expires (or perhaps is about to expire). This would save providers, administrators, and any other users a great deal of frustration, lost treatment time, and effort. Thank you!

  4. Goals Report: Adding the Insurance Company

    When running the Goals Report, it would be helpful if the CMOs (insurance company) are also listed in the report and exportable to Excel.

  6. New client entry

    I'm so sorry, I HATE the new menu for adding a new client. Why is everything so huge?! The fields and drop-downs could have at least been kept in the same order with such a drastic visual change.

    Also, "Gender" doesn't work when adding a new client. It shows as blank after saving but when I click to edit, the gender I initially chose is visible. But again, after saving, the line is blank.

    And when is the default Medicaid expiration of "12/01/2020" going to be updated? That date was almost a year ago.

  8. Potential Clients

    Sharenote should look into adding a call center/referral center where the company can track calls, appointments, referral information and no show's for potential clients. Then if the client shows up for the appointments, they can be easily converted and the remaining demographic information can be entered. We are currently keeping this information for my company on a separate spreadsheet, however if we are able to track the calls and contact through Sharenote without having to make them a client, it would streamline our process.

  9. Diagnosis report

    I would like to be able to run a report of client diagnoses. For example, I currently need a list of client diagnoses for clients served during a certain time frame. This is for a report that is required for GA DBHDD.

  10. Report from Calendar to show when an appointment was input into the calendar

    DBHDD requires a yearly report that indicates when an appointment is scheduled. Sharenote does not indicate when an appointment is input into the calendar, so the only way to know when an appointment was actually scheduled is to input that into the contact log. This creates double work, as counselors have to put the appointment in the contact log AND in the calendar.

  11. Viewing employee profile edits

    Can we get the feature added to view who edits the employee profile? We have employees who unlocks their days manually to submit late notes through their profile that doesn't have permission and we can't figure out who it is.

  13. Staff should only be able to access assigned clients. Currently, staff can view all clients on their team which violates HIPAA.

    Team Managers has full access to clients; however, the staff should not. Staff should only be able to access and create notes for assigned clients. It's important to protect clients information and medical records. Allowing access to all staff members violates confidentiality and HIPAA laws.

  16. Fix edit code problem

    Should not have to uncheck the cap box on the authorization in order to change a code that is under the staff profile, client profile, and the authorization. when changing the code before we would just click edit change it and hit submit. This is causing a major problem with changing a code now. This is causing double work please fix

  17. Monthly Tx Plan Report

    I am an Office Manager and we are in need of running a report that would generate a table of each client's Treatment Plan Goals that would be expiring for each month. In the table, we suggest that the report has the expiration date of each of the client's goals for each month that's needed in order to thoroughly organize and update each client's goals as needed.

  19. Supervision tab under File Manager

    It would be great if we had a Supervision tab to upload just supervision documents (under file manager) here for staff seeking licensure. They are supervised monthly and these notes can get overwhelming to keep up with. These documents should be separate from HR documents.

  20. Print Notes in Chronological Order

    When using the PRINT SELECTED NOTES REPORT from the Note Center, there should be an option to print them in chronological order, oldest to newest. We are going through a DCH review and they are requesting that they be in chronological order instead of newest oldest.
