These are some of the additional questionnaires to support the clinician during an assessment PTSD, Emotional Support Animals, ADHD adults, Safety Plan, ASI for substance abuse, Disassociation Experience Scale, and Suicide Risk would allow each agency to meet the MCO requirements.

inactive clients included in "jump to client" drop down menu
Add a check box (or something) that allows inactive clients to be accessed from the "Jump to Client" drop down menu instead of having to all the way back to client manager and click on "show inactive" every time.

Note Signature Comment Box
I would like a way for staff to comment as to why a note was signed late that would appear in the note history. An example as to why I feel this is needed would be my reviewer/supervisor was on vacation and did not lock the notes until they were back to work, past the 48 hour time frame. The note signatures are late yes but it would be great if staff could notate why they were signing late.

When creating staff profiles, I observed that there were only two gender options available to choose from. As an agency with non-binary staff, the limited options are not inclusive or respectful of our staff needs.

Linking ShareNote to Google or Apple Calendar.
As a traveling therapist, I find it helpful to have my client's appointments and other events to be stored on my mobile device's calendar. It would be extremely helpful if there was an option for Share Note users to link their client events/appointments to their Google Calendar or Apple Calendar.

Tracked Changes
"Tracked changes" should not be prompted for a supervising provider when editing an unlocked note of a supervisee. Supervisors are ethically and legally responsible for the content of supervisee's notes and editing them is a matter of practice. Changes are often made to improve the quality of the documentation. Once note is locked, supervisee reviews final note before signing for accuracy. As a supervisor, being prompted to explain why you are editing a supervisee's note is inappropriate. Color code billing services codes so they are easier to differentiate, especially between the in person and audio/telehealth service codes since you do not know which is which unless you open and read to the end of the entire service code.

Reporting
Would you please create an all claims report which includes all claims submitted regardless of status. Currently we only have a Claim Denial report. It would be EXTREMELY HELPFUL to have a report that includes paid, denied, assigned, ebill sent, all in one report that we could filter in excel. Additionally please add a field that includes the rendering provider. The current Claim Denial report is not as effective currently because it doesn't link the claims to the provider and that is very important. IS THERE A WAY TO CHANGE AND SAVE ACCOUNT SETTINGS PER USER? FOR EXAMPLE, I WANT TO VIEW A CERTAIN NUMBER OF CLIENTS ON THE CLIENT MANAGER SCREEN WITHOUT HAVING TO GO OVER AND MANUALLY CHANGE THE NUMBER FROM THE DEFAULT NUMBER (25) EACH TIME I OPEN THE PAGE.

when inactiving a staff to have case load removed
When, placing a staff to the inactive list, we have to manually go into caseload and remove them. Is there a way when a staff is moved to inactive to have the caseload removed as well at the same time. When going from Active to Inactive ? Saves staff time and energy for this to be automation.
