I am a reviewer, and I need to be able to give feedback on Assessments... the feedback is only available for regular BIRP notes, and we need review process to be extended to all forms in share note, especially assessment and Goal

Can we add some entries to the drop down list in the client ledger. I need in the payment drop down to add Insurance allowed amount, and insurance paid amount, Insurance discount and to be able to print the invoice to send to clients for payment.

treatment plan
Please have Sharenote auto populate entered information across documents/tabs. There is a lot of duplicate work. Treatment plan goals are entered twice 1) in the Master treatment plan assessment doc and 2) in the client goals tab which populates to the progress note. It would be more efficient if the Master Treatment plan assessment document goals and objectives could populate directly to the client goals and progress note eliminating duplicate work for clinicians.
The client diagnosis is the same way. A clinician has to enter the diagnostic assessment document located under the assessment tab and then again under the diagnosis/problems…

Expand the width of the "Group" Box when Creating New Service Authorizations
When creating a New Service Authorization in the Svc Authorization Manager, the Names of the "Groups" Box is TINY and makes it very difficult to distinguish the full and different Names of each Group. It would be greatly appreciated if the "Groups" box was the same size as the box below it, which lists the Service Codes, individually. When Naming a Group, since there will be multiple Service Codes included, the Group name may be longer than an Individual Service. Again, this would be Greatly Appreciated!!! Thank you!

Calendar Coding
Each Staff Member should have a different color associated with their name. A quick glance at the calendar you can see which staff members have appointments that day just by seeing their specific color.

Can a section be added to the treatment plan:
1.Presenting Problem
2. Continued Need for treatment
3. (check box) the client/guardian participated in the development of the Treatment Plan

show middle initial for duplicate names
Where we have more than one client with the same name, i.e. Susan Smith, please allow us to see the middle initial when scrolling through names so we can choose the correct client. Also, the middle initial should be visible in the BIRP note section. Please & thank you!

Treatment Plan LIST GOAL, OBJECTIVE INTERVENTION Date, documentation in one section.
Full Goal/Purpose, Objective #1, Intervention #1, Open Date, Target Date, Services, Frequency, PRN
Staff Type, Clinical Staff and Status in the same box ....This will reduce time switching from box to box.....tendency to waist productive time.11 votes -

Client list with address and phone information report
I have not been able to find this so I assume we do not have it on Sharenote. Instead of having to go to each client's file and write down their address, it would be great to be able to go into the client manager and be able to see our caseload (just the client's names) and then be able to run a report that allows a checkbox for address, phone number, etc.

Service authorizations needs a new feature
When updating an existing service authorization, in the service authorizations manager, include the box to be checked, that would update the clients services, in the clients services tab.

Assessment Treatment Plan Electronic Signatures and Goals
The Assessment Treatment Plans needs to be able to capture electronic signatures and port over the goals, interventions, and objectives, etc. into the Goals section in the client profile. If the goals are not ported over to the goals in the client's profile, staff are required to enter goals twice - once in the Assessment Treatment Plans and another in the Goals section of the client's profile.

Client Ledger/Creating accurate client bill.
The billing information generated from the note appears on the Client Ledger, as well as the insurance allowable amt. and insurance payment from the EOB. With the ability to print a bill for the client.

Uploads of Documents in Clients File
Before we were able to upload several files with different labels and different descriptions. I would love if share note can add

Service Codes updated/changed
When Service Codes are updated/changed, the codes are updated for the clients with the identified insurance are automatically updated.
Example: GT Codes added for Medicaid Services are automatically updated in the client's chart.

New E mail collection data fields.
A data field to collect e mail addresses should be added to the parent/guardian and case worker/case manager section of a client detail page. This provider provides 95% of it's services to youth and adolescents therefore referrals come in from Schools, County agencies, parents, etc.

Add services to multiple clients at once.
Currently if I add a new service to the Service Manager, there is no way for me to apply that service to all of the clients which forces me to have to add them to each client, one by one. I can add them to the service manager, but it does not apply the service changes to the client on the fly.
