  1. Emergency Contact Information

    Sharenote should add a way to update/edit phone numbers for contacts without having to delete the name and relationship. You currently have to type the information in prior to deleting the old information.

    When I navigate to File Manager in a Client's profile, I am able to upload multiple files, however am UNABLE to title each one accordingly in 'Doc Name'. I am also unable to create individual titles in 'Doc Description'. It would be user friendly and save a considerable amount of time for ShareNote to allow us this capability; maybe allow us to do so by separating each Doc Name & Doc Description by a comma.

  4. Mileage

    Implementation of a mileage feature where Users can input their "Start Destination" and "Ending Destination" while out in the field, and total distance will auto populate, and in turn, calculate mileage reimbursement; that way, Users aren't having to use a separate platform (and Admin) isn't having to pay for a separate platform to track mileage.

    Admin could input what the calculation formula would be, and the ShareNote GPS tracking feature would automatically calculate distance and valuation of reimbursement. It would just need to be approved by Admin prior to payout.

  5. Return to List

    Could you activate the Return to List tab in the BIRP Note Format?
    When signing a note, I would like to hit the Return to List tab to select the following note to sign. At this time the Return to List tab brings you out of the client's profile back to the home page.

  6. Add the Cancel and Return tab to the BIRP note to save your data and return to it later to complete like it is in the Universal not.

    When doing a note in the Universal format I am able to start on it, save it, go back into it, and finish it later with the Cancel and Return button located at the bottom

  7. Add ability to increase text size for the entire platform

    The text size of share note is very small. For those who are using Share Note that have visual impairments, it is not very friendly.

  8. Note Signature Comment Box

    I would like a way for staff to comment as to why a note was signed late that would appear in the note history. An example as to why I feel this is needed would be my reviewer/supervisor was on vacation and did not lock the notes until they were back to work, past the 48 hour time frame. The note signatures are late yes but it would be great if staff could notate why they were signing late.

    Effective 5/12/2023, telehealth services are no longer approved to be rendered by non-licensed staff persons. I noticed that if I remove the telehealth (02) setting as a option in the BIRP note setting then the licensed persons will not be able to select that as an option. Is it possible to create a separate BIRP setting for non-licensed and licensed staff persons. Only licensed staff will be able to continue providing CPST via telehealth services. This may help with billing.

  10. Save Assessment Progress Automatically

    I would like for Sharenote to add a feature where assessments automatically save while typing so information is not lost and you do not have to press the "save progress" button repeatedly during an evaluation.

  11. Autopopulate the client information, CCA and PCP into the appropriate area in client file to save time

    Please program the site to autopopulate all of the information that is in the CCA and PCP into the site so that time can be saved. Currently, we upload the PCP and the CCA and then we still have to upload goals, diagnosis, client name and all other information as well.

  12. Required client profile field

    Some companies who does community behavioral health services in the State of Florida requires record ID numbers. To avoid missing or bypassing this information on the clients profile, can we make that a required option when creating client profiles.

    Can you make it so we can select multiple clients at once and deactivate at the same time vs one by one.

    Can a pie chart be created for the Reports Manager tool? For ex, if I want to see how many clients we have with a specific diagnosis, I would like to see a snap shot of the total amount in addition to report list it currently generates.

  16. New ERA update

    I prefer updating ERA's manually, as it helps me keep track of new denials that need to be corrected. Intentionally I update the ERA activity, then correct the problems on the ERA, and then proceed to the next one with the same procedure.
    Can we get an option to Opt Out of the new release that has made the ERAs update electronically?

  17. We would like to see additional questionnaires to be added to support the assessments

    These are some of the additional questionnaires to support the clinician during an assessment PTSD, Emotional Support Animals, ADHD adults, Safety Plan, ASI for substance abuse, Disassociation Experience Scale, and Suicide Risk would allow each agency to meet the MCO requirements.

  18. ELGIBILITY CHECK

    New changes are coming soon, as we are all aware of Humana being added to Healthy Louisiana list of MCOs. With that being said, they are planning to shift clients and families to other MCOs without providers knowing the changes that are being made. We cannot leave it up to the families to report these changes because many are not even aware that this is happening. We have asked our families and individuals that we are serving if they have received any correspondence about these changes, and they are saying no.   19. Appointment Reminders

    We were about to subscribe to enable text and email messages for appointment reminders. We would like this to be an option for clients to get reminders through email and text for their scheduled appointment, the same as it is set up for staff.
