Client Progress Report
Instead of clicking each client to review the progress, create a report that shows the number 0-5, to review the data to enter into a company's Total Quality Management Programs. This would save time, by just creating a report for all clients instead of clicking each one, then writing down the data numbers, to show the State office.

Add services to multiple clients at once.
Currently if I add a new service to the Service Manager, there is no way for me to apply that service to all of the clients which forces me to have to add them to each client, one by one. I can add them to the service manager, but it does not apply the service changes to the client on the fly.

Need CoPay Amt off of the actual EOB when the 835 is transmitted
Provider gets the copay off of the insurance cards but would like for any copay amounts unpaid or paid to come through from the 835 file.

Staff profile
On the staff profile under staff plan notes can start time & end times be added. Example refer of start and end on client progress notes.

Add a feature to the bulletiin board that allows for attachments.
It would be helpful if we were able to upload attachments, grapics, etc to the bullentin board. This is a great way to get information out to the entire agency at once.

add new column to show clients in red for "Last seen days" --reflecting # of days since last note
Hi, when looking at clients in client manager, is there any way to add a column for "BIRP note Last Seen (Days)" to only reflect the number of days that a BIRP note was last submitted? Right now the "Last seen" column it is also taking into account any assessments that have been done, so it is not giving us a good representation of how many days a client was last seen my their therapist/paraprofessional w/corresponding BIRP note. AKA if a BIRP note has not been submitted for the last 14 days, we want it to show up red even…

Add button to place treatment plan goals in order of prioritization. goal #1, goal #2, where the goals print on the treatment in order.

SPLIT TIME NOTE - TWO START AND END TIMES
Please add the option of a split time note-- a second set of Start Time and End Time options --
If completing one note for a two hour group== 9 to 11, and the client has to leave the group to see the Nurse for 30 minutes (10-10:30) and returns. Right now, we have to complete two group notes-- 9 to 10 and then 10:30 to 11 to accurately account for when the client participated in the group, minus the time spent with the Nurse.

Adding Billing Codes
Our agency recently started providing a new service and was told to go to Sharenote to add the billing codes. I am requesting that Sharenote be responsible for adding/updating any billing codes needed in order for the providers to bill.

Calendar
When adding an appointment for a staff member; can an email be sent to their sharenote? Also, when in the scheduler, anyway to add where you can click on your appointment and the client and it will take you to their client manager chart?

Can we add a way for Providers to be able to choose which staff are able to upload to the File manager? Currently every access level can upload to the file manager.

Universal note printing
When printing universal notes it would be nice to have a few tweeks to the document. We print out our notes and waste quite a bit of paper due to the format.
1) either totally remove the first section "Notes about this session". Or give users the option to include it on the report. (Im not even sure how to put anything there or what purpose it has, but it uses a lot of room.)

Follow-up Appointment should include accurate time
When next appointment date and time is included in a note, the calendar should be updated with both, instead the time shows 12am for follow-up appointments.
