  1. Adding a general textbox to different Assessments (Crisis Plan particularly) labeled- Additional Notes (If Applicable)

    Sometimes Assessments that come standard in Sharenote are great and just what we need, however, sometimes they are missing 1 or 2 elements we really need organizationally. I would like to suggest adding a general textbox labeled: Additional Notes ( if applicable)- this allows different agencies an ability to have what they need which may not come standard with the document. It is a good resolve for everyone.

  2. Expand the width of the "Group" Box when Creating New Service Authorizations

    When creating a New Service Authorization in the Svc Authorization Manager, the Names of the "Groups" Box is TINY and makes it very difficult to distinguish the full and different Names of each Group. It would be greatly appreciated if the "Groups" box was the same size as the box below it, which lists the Service Codes, individually. When Naming a Group, since there will be multiple Service Codes included, the Group name may be longer than an Individual Service. Again, this would be Greatly Appreciated!!! Thank you!

  3. Reauthorization Summary Form (CANS/ANSA)

    In the Reauthorization Summary form, it would be helpful if there was a drop down for either the CANS or ANSA and once it is selected, the CANS or ANSA will populate into the form appropriately. This will be extremely useful for Medicaid reauthorizations and streamline the process for staff.

  4. deactivate

    Under Client Manager, there is a "discharge" button in red off to the right. Could it be changed to clarify and change the button to "deactivate"? Instead of discharge it will clear confusion from the actual discharging of the client's record. It was explained to me by Tammey that it makes the client's file inactive, not actually discharged.

  5. Calendar Coding

    Each Staff Member should have a different color associated with their name. A quick glance at the calendar you can see which staff members have appointments that day just by seeing their specific color.

  6. presenting problem/ Continued need for treatment/Participation

    Can a section be added to the treatment plan:
    1.Presenting Problem
    2. Continued Need for treatment
    3. (check box) the client/guardian participated in the development of the Treatment Plan
    4. the client has (accepted or declined) a copy of the treatment plan.

    Signature date restrictions is not activated in Assessments, which is a shame because this is causing a lot of issues in audits.
    Signatures outside 7 days is a payback and this issue should be taken more seriously.

  11. Treatment Plan LIST GOAL, OBJECTIVE INTERVENTION Date, documentation in one section.

    Full Goal/Purpose, Objective #1, Intervention #1, Open Date, Target Date, Services, Frequency, PRN
    Staff Type, Clinical Staff and Status in the same box ....This will reduce time switching from box to box.....tendency to waist productive time.

  12. show middle initial for duplicate names

    Where we have more than one client with the same name, i.e. Susan Smith, please allow us to see the middle initial when scrolling through names so we can choose the correct client. Also, the middle initial should be visible in the BIRP note section. Please & thank you!

  14. Treatment Plans

    Create a way to enter Treatment Plans all at once, instead of having to enter each goal separately, then that goal's 3 objectives, then 5 interventions for each of that goal's objectives...then having to do it all over again for each goal. It's time consuming to enter each line individually and seems there may be an easier way to enter it together, similar to the way the Treatment Plan that we have signed is constructed.

  16. Assessment Treatment Plan Electronic Signatures and Goals

    The Assessment Treatment Plans needs to be able to capture electronic signatures and port over the goals, interventions, and objectives, etc. into the Goals section in the client profile. If the goals are not ported over to the goals in the client's profile, staff are required to enter goals twice - once in the Assessment Treatment Plans and another in the Goals section of the client's profile.

  19. Client list with address and phone information report

    I have not been able to find this so I assume we do not have it on Sharenote. Instead of having to go to each client's file and write down their address, it would be great to be able to go into the client manager and be able to see our caseload (just the client's names) and then be able to run a report that allows a checkbox for address, phone number, etc.

  20. Staff Payroll Report Needed

    Provider pays off of whatever claims paid/cleared within the month. Closet internal report is the Community Support Paid Data Report. Please enhance this report to include any/all services. Report needs to be driven by the Date Paid and list amounts and staff names etc.
