Supervision tab under File Manager
It would be great if we had a Supervision tab to upload just supervision documents (under file manager) here for staff seeking licensure. They are supervised monthly and these notes can get overwhelming to keep up with. These documents should be separate from HR documents.

Diagnosis report
I would like to be able to run a report of client diagnoses. For example, I currently need a list of client diagnoses for clients served during a certain time frame. This is for a report that is required for GA DBHDD.

Services Delivered Dropdown
We would like to be able to remove some of the services delivered options. List manager allows us to add more services delivered but it does not let you remove the default ones. 85% of these are not applicable to our agency and can be confusing for staff. This creates inconsistency, is more time consuming, and lends to accidental selection creating additional work for the supervisor and billing department. Please allow us to edit/remove the defaults.

Having a Buttons to click forward and back on notes for the same client
Is there a way to have two buttons if under the same clients notes or looking at notes in general to be able to view by clicking forward and back without exiting the whole note to enter another note as like with emails going to the next and backwards to view notes?

Viewing employee profile edits
Can we get the feature added to view who edits the employee profile? We have employees who unlocks their days manually to submit late notes through their profile that doesn't have permission and we can't figure out who it is.

Is it possible to add a feature that will allow reports to be pulled by a single service?

Staff should only be able to access assigned clients. Currently, staff can view all clients on their team which violates HIPAA.
Team Managers has full access to clients; however, the staff should not. Staff should only be able to access and create notes for assigned clients. It's important to protect clients information and medical records. Allowing access to all staff members violates confidentiality and HIPAA laws.

Aging
Need to offer a better Aging report with more specific search filters that include dates of services on spreadsheet. Other programs allow you to search by provider, payer, code, and export with dates of service which is critical to measure claims unpaid. This needs serious improvement.

Include submission date in the select multiple items in the single category in the note center.
Also, include date of submission on the staff activity report. Thank you!

Fix edit code problem
Should not have to uncheck the cap box on the authorization in order to change a code that is under the staff profile, client profile, and the authorization. when changing the code before we would just click edit change it and hit submit. This is causing a major problem with changing a code now. This is causing double work please fix

"Import Goals" Button
Can an "import goals" button be generated to allow and automatic or custom selection of managed client goals, interventions and objectives to be imported into the TCM assessment (initial, annual) and the TCM service plans? ( or other assessment documents for that matter...) Currently clinician needs to retype, listed goals, objectives and interventions for each goal addressed in the assessment or service plan. This feature could reduce time spent on transcribing information that already exists, as well as avoid errors and duplication.

I would like to see an input section for expiration date for CANS/ANS and have an alert pop up when we log in to let us know that it is time to renew.

Please add an option to populate vitals directly to Universal note. (example: nurse takes vitals and enters them on profile, when doctor goes to write note, the vitals can be chosen to be added to the note).

Go BACK to limiting the ability to add certifications and changes expiration dates in the staff profile to admin only. Just found out that feature has been eliminated and no telling how many of our mandatory certificate dates are expired due to the staff being able to change it.

Staff Intelligence Report - One Report with Staff & Percentage of Clients Seen
Hello! Can we please be have one report that lists every active staff member along with their Percentage of Clients seen? I need to run this weekly and it takes a lot of time to go through each staff member profile for 80+ staff.

demographics report
I am working on a CARF survey that ask for ages break down such as 0-5 (Children) 06-17 (Adolescent)there is no such report in the system so this has to be done manually. Hopefully you guys could come up with the demographic report that give you each break down,
