Assessments
Making the note status pie chart available in the assessments and documents. Or either giving the option to combine BIRP Note and Assessments on the pie chart. We use the pie chart information for compiling our reports for the high billers for s date range, especially when audits are being done.

Multiple Locations for Same Client
I would love to have the ability to add clients with their clinical data (Treatment Plans and all items from file manager) including DAP notes to multiple locations. Specifically, my agency has more than 5 locations and sometimes clients need a record in more than 1 location. It has been extremely time depleting to have to create 2 and even 3 records for the same clients just to see said clients in multiple locations. Please help!

ELGIBILITY CHECK
New changes are coming soon, as we are all aware of Humana being added to Healthy Louisiana list of MCOs. With that being said, they are planning to shift clients and families to other MCOs without providers knowing the changes that are being made. We cannot leave it up to the families to report these changes because many are not even aware that this is happening. We have asked our families and individuals that we are serving if they have received any correspondence about these changes, and they are saying no. Appointment Reminders
We were about to subscribe to enable text and email messages for appointment reminders. We would like this to be an option for clients to get reminders through email and text for their scheduled appointment, the same as it is set up for staff.

IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE THE DIAGNOSIS AUTOMATICALLY POPULATE IN THE DIAGNOSIS/PROBLEM FEILD AFTER IT HAS BEEN ENTERED ON THE PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION OR BIO PSYCHOSOCIAL ASSESSMENT, AS OPPOSED TO MANUALLY ENTERING IT FOR EVERY CLIENT.

Reporting
Would you please create an all claims report which includes all claims submitted regardless of status. Currently we only have a Claim Denial report. It would be EXTREMELY HELPFUL to have a report that includes paid, denied, assigned, ebill sent, all in one report that we could filter in excel. Additionally please add a field that includes the rendering provider. The current Claim Denial report is not as effective currently because it doesn't link the claims to the provider and that is very important. Instead of just improving the Denial report, creating a report that include all claims helps us…

Transaction report needed that can list all notes and assessment on one report. looking at the transaction report you have to click on each transaction ID. I need one full report until we can get a good AR report.

Potential Clients
Sharenote should look into adding a call center/referral center where the company can track calls, appointments, referral information and no show's for potential clients. Then if the client shows up for the appointments, they can be easily converted and the remaining demographic information can be entered. We are currently keeping this information for my company on a separate spreadsheet, however if we are able to track the calls and contact through Sharenote without having to make them a client, it would streamline our process.

Aging
Need to offer a better Aging report with more specific search filters that include dates of services on spreadsheet. Other programs allow you to search by provider, payer, code, and export with dates of service which is critical to measure claims unpaid. This needs serious improvement.

drag appointments
When you drag the appointment to a new time, the time is not resetting to the window where you dragged the appointment. It is typically several hours earlier than the original appointment. Being able to move appointments this way is needed.

I am a reviewer, and I need to be able to give feedback on Assessments... the feedback is only available for regular BIRP notes, and we need review process to be extended to all forms in share note, especially assessment and Goal

Expand the width of the "Group" Box when Creating New Service Authorizations
When creating a New Service Authorization in the Svc Authorization Manager, the Names of the "Groups" Box is TINY and makes it very difficult to distinguish the full and different Names of each Group. It would be greatly appreciated if the "Groups" box was the same size as the box below it, which lists the Service Codes, individually. When Naming a Group, since there will be multiple Service Codes included, the Group name may be longer than an Individual Service. Again, this would be Greatly Appreciated!!! Thank you!

show middle initial for duplicate names
Where we have more than one client with the same name, i.e. Susan Smith, please allow us to see the middle initial when scrolling through names so we can choose the correct client. Also, the middle initial should be visible in the BIRP note section. Please & thank you!

Service authorizations needs a new feature
When updating an existing service authorization, in the service authorizations manager, include the box to be checked, that would update the clients services, in the clients services tab.

New E mail collection data fields.
A data field to collect e mail addresses should be added to the parent/guardian and case worker/case manager section of a client detail page. This provider provides 95% of it's services to youth and adolescents therefore referrals come in from Schools, County agencies, parents, etc.

When adding an appointment for a staff member; can an email be sent to their sharenote? Also, when in the scheduler, anyway to add where you can click on your appointment and the client and it will take you to their client manager chart?

In the message center there should be away to move messages that have been unintentionally, or intentionally trashed to be moved back into the regular inbox
