Add the client's Pediatrician or PCP address, telephone and fax to the client details for coordination of care. MCO requires that each provider provides the client's PCP/Pediatrician with an initial dx, assessment and psych evaluation to meet the integrated care/coordination of care requirement. This section could be placed either before or after the pharmacy information section. Currently, we are attempting to be a paperless facility but we must keep a form with the information or continue to go to file manager for the HIPPA form. This was allow quick assess for providers.

Request updating time without unlocking the note
Sometimes clinicians make errors with beginning & ending time on BIRP note. This should be an allowed correction that does not require the note to be unlocked which removes the signature date. If the staff person is no longer with my agency, I can't correct the note & preserve the signature.

Link assessments to authorizations and authorization requirements
Assessment codes do not link to authorization units or other authorization requirements. Please change this. Sharenote needs to alert staff when entering a BIRP note if an assessment using a 9000 code was done on the same day. It should also alert if there is an assessment done at the same time as a BIRP note.

Alert on calendar for sessions schedule same day as psychiatric appointment
Add an alert for anyone who is inputting a scheduled session in for an individual who already has any kind of appointment scheduled for that same day.

Please have the Assessment reports generate the same information as the BIRP notes when exporting reports to Excel.

I would like to be able to search staff services like I can client services instead of having to go through the entire list to determine if one service is not check.

scheduling
We would like to be able to merge/transfer a clinician's entire schedule to another clinician when necessary. We recently had an NP change and had to input the entire schedule in Sharenote over again because we couldn't transfer the old NP's schedule to the new NP.

inactive clients included in "jump to client" drop down menu
Add a check box (or something) that allows inactive clients to be accessed from the "Jump to Client" drop down menu instead of having to all the way back to client manager and click on "show inactive" every time.

Please add the telephone numbers to the daily appointment list. I have to see who is on my schedule then go to another page to find the phone number for that person. This would really help

IS THERE A WAY TO CHANGE AND SAVE ACCOUNT SETTINGS PER USER? FOR EXAMPLE, I WANT TO VIEW A CERTAIN NUMBER OF CLIENTS ON THE CLIENT MANAGER SCREEN WITHOUT HAVING TO GO OVER AND MANUALLY CHANGE THE NUMBER FROM THE DEFAULT NUMBER (25) EACH TIME I OPEN THE PAGE.

when inactiving a staff to have case load removed
When, placing a staff to the inactive list, we have to manually go into caseload and remove them. Is there a way when a staff is moved to inactive to have the caseload removed as well at the same time. When going from Active to Inactive ? Saves staff time and energy for this to be automation. When running the Goals Report, it would be helpful if the CMOs (insurance company) are also listed in the report and exportable to Excel.

New client entry
I'm so sorry, I HATE the new menu for adding a new client. Why is everything so huge?! The fields and drop-downs could have at least been kept in the same order with such a drastic visual change.
Also, "Gender" doesn't work when adding a new client. It shows as blank after saving but when I click to edit, the gender I initially chose is visible. But again, after saving, the line is blank.
And when is the default Medicaid expiration of "12/01/2020" going to be updated? That date was almost a year ago.

Diagnosis report
I would like to be able to run a report of client diagnoses. For example, I currently need a list of client diagnoses for clients served during a certain time frame. This is for a report that is required for GA DBHDD.

Viewing employee profile edits
Can we get the feature added to view who edits the employee profile? We have employees who unlocks their days manually to submit late notes through their profile that doesn't have permission and we can't figure out who it is.

Staff should only be able to access assigned clients. Currently, staff can view all clients on their team which violates HIPAA.
Team Managers has full access to clients; however, the staff should not. Staff should only be able to access and create notes for assigned clients. It's important to protect clients information and medical records. Allowing access to all staff members violates confidentiality and HIPAA laws.
