    When adding an appointment for a staff member; can an email be sent to their sharenote? Also, when in the scheduler, anyway to add where you can click on your appointment and the client and it will take you to their client manager chart?

  3. File manager

    Can we add a way for Providers to be able to choose which staff are able to upload to the File manager? Currently every access level can upload to the file manager.

  4. Universal note printing

    When printing universal notes it would be nice to have a few tweeks to the document. We print out our notes and waste quite a bit of paper due to the format.

    1) either totally remove the first section "Notes about this session". Or give users the option to include it on the report. (Im not even sure how to put anything there or what purpose it has, but it uses a lot of room.)

    2) If the page can be actually formatted in the standard 8.5 x 11 sheet. Currently it exports at a 9.81 x 11, which is…

  5. Follow-up Appointment should include accurate time

    When next appointment date and time is included in a note, the calendar should be updated with both, instead the time shows 12am for follow-up appointments.

  7. Notes/ Treatment Plan

    I would like for the staff to not be able to submit a note if the treatment plan is expired not just the goals but the whole Treatment plan, currently you can still enter notes if the treatment plan goals are expired.

  9. audit mode

    When switching to audit mode, the system makes you logout of your account and back in. The same process must be done once you are done with the audit mode and want to go back into the regular mode. This process can be daunting when doing certain tasks. If a Audit Mode toggle button can be added to the top of the pages beside Global note view or Global Client view so that anyone with the admin function can easily toggle back and forth, that would be great.

  11. Add ability to increase text size for the entire platform

    The text size of share note is very small. For those who are using Share Note that have visual impairments, it is not very friendly.

  12. Autopopulate the client information, CCA and PCP into the appropriate area in client file to save time

    Please program the site to autopopulate all of the information that is in the CCA and PCP into the site so that time can be saved. Currently, we upload the PCP and the CCA and then we still have to upload goals, diagnosis, client name and all other information as well.

    Some companies who does community behavioral health services in the State of Florida requires record ID numbers. To avoid missing or bypassing this information on the clients profile, can we make that a required option when creating client profiles.

  15. Additional add-on code lines

    Psychological testing requires two sets of primary service codes, each with their own individual add-on codes. On most occasions, the add-on codes have multiple units authorized. In order to effectively bill for these services, there needs to be more than three add-on code lines within the FIRPP note. Otherwise, this service will have to be billed manually.

  16. Add diagnoses to general client info report

    I don't know where to put a diagnosis for it to come up in the general info client report. Currently, it does not. I also need to be able to run reports on primary and secondary diagnoses for DBHDD PMR reports every year.

  19. billing codes

    Color code billing services codes so they are easier to differentiate, especially between the in person and audio/telehealth service codes since you do not know which is which unless you open and read to the end of the entire service code.
