Emergency Contact Information
Sharenote should add a way to update/edit phone numbers for contacts without having to delete the name and relationship. You currently have to type the information in prior to deleting the old information.

Reporting
Can a pie chart be created for the Reports Manager tool? For ex, if I want to see how many clients we have with a specific diagnosis, I would like to see a snap shot of the total amount in addition to report list it currently generates.

ELGIBILITY CHECK
New changes are coming soon, as we are all aware of Humana being added to Healthy Louisiana list of MCOs. With that being said, they are planning to shift clients and families to other MCOs without providers knowing the changes that are being made. We cannot leave it up to the families to report these changes because many are not even aware that this is happening. We have asked our families and individuals that we are serving if they have received any correspondence about these changes, and they are saying no. To assist providers, it would be nice if Sharenote…

Alert
When a client's profile is first opened, an alert can come up that will alert staff of emergent info (such as billing--they owe money or their insurance is inactive, they may only see one particular provider, they've just been discharged from an inpatient setting). Basically, info of utmost importance that should be considered before proceeding.

diagnosis
IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE THE DIAGNOSIS AUTOMATICALLY POPULATE IN THE DIAGNOSIS/PROBLEM FEILD AFTER IT HAS BEEN ENTERED ON THE PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION OR BIO PSYCHOSOCIAL ASSESSMENT, AS OPPOSED TO MANUALLY ENTERING IT FOR EVERY CLIENT.

Add the client's Pediatrician or PCP address, telephone and fax to the client details for coordination of care.
Add the client's Pediatrician or PCP address, telephone and fax to the client details for coordination of care. MCO requires that each provider provides the client's PCP/Pediatrician with an initial dx, assessment and psych evaluation to meet the integrated care/coordination of care requirement. This section could be placed either before or after the pharmacy information section. Currently, we are attempting to be a paperless facility but we must keep a form with the information or continue to go to file manager for the HIPPA form. This was allow quick assess for providers.

Add a check box (or something) that allows inactive clients to be accessed from the "Jump to Client" drop down menu instead of having to all the way back to client manager and click on "show inactive" every time.

Is there a way to keep records of the clients that made appoiintments versus the clients who kept the appointments?

Authorization
I feel that a tremendous feature to add would be providers being directly alerted within Sharenote when an authorization expires (or perhaps is about to expire). This would save providers, administrators, and any other users a great deal of frustration, lost treatment time, and effort. Thank you!

New client entry
I'm so sorry, I HATE the new menu for adding a new client. Why is everything so huge?! The fields and drop-downs could have at least been kept in the same order with such a drastic visual change.
Also, "Gender" doesn't work when adding a new client. It shows as blank after saving but when I click to edit, the gender I initially chose is visible. But again, after saving, the line is blank.
And when is the default Medicaid expiration of "12/01/2020" going to be updated? That date was almost a year ago.

Potential Clients
Sharenote should look into adding a call center/referral center where the company can track calls, appointments, referral information and no show's for potential clients. Then if the client shows up for the appointments, they can be easily converted and the remaining demographic information can be entered. We are currently keeping this information for my company on a separate spreadsheet, however if we are able to track the calls and contact through Sharenote without having to make them a client, it would streamline our process.

Staff should only be able to access assigned clients. Currently, staff can view all clients on their team which violates HIPAA.
Team Managers has full access to clients; however, the staff should not. Staff should only be able to access and create notes for assigned clients. It's important to protect clients information and medical records. Allowing access to all staff members violates confidentiality and HIPAA laws.

suicide risk report or sort
The notation for suicide risk was added, but it would be useful to be able to run reports or sort by this in the client manager. There is much follow up that is required now in Georgia and sorting would be a useful and potentially life saving management tool.
