    The idea of a comment box will be extremely useful in many ways. For ex, when the system is down - and we are attempting to complete docs prior to the required cut-off time. The SN clock will not understand the system was down for 30+ mins .. so a comment box would be very helpful with explaining these unforeseen time discrepancies.
