Note Denial
Sharenote needs to notify you when a note is denied and tell you why that note is denied so it can be fixed. Sharenote also needs to allow people other than Admin to filter the notes by which one is denied because if not we have to go by every single one to check.

assessment
Please add a feature to the assessment that states when the assessment was printed and who printed it. Similarly to how the Progress Notes display when and who printed the notes.

Notes should be printed in chronological order rather than newest first.
Printing notes, most recent first, makes it difficult for an audit or review of progress. It makes no sense to have to print notes, put in chronological order and then scan to send for audit or review. You can select to put notes in the correct order in the note center, however, it will not print in the order selected.

When I navigate to File Manager in a Client's profile, I am able to upload multiple files, however am UNABLE to title each one accordingly in 'Doc Name'. I am also unable to create individual titles in 'Doc Description'. It would be user friendly and save a considerable amount of time for ShareNote to allow us this capability; maybe allow us to do so by separating each Doc Name & Doc Description by a comma.

Return to List
Could you activate the Return to List tab in the BIRP Note Format?
When signing a note, I would like to hit the Return to List tab to select the following note to sign. At this time the Return to List tab brings you out of the client's profile back to the home page.1 vote -
Autopopulate the client information, CCA and PCP into the appropriate area in client file to save time
Please program the site to autopopulate all of the information that is in the CCA and PCP into the site so that time can be saved. Currently, we upload the PCP and the CCA and then we still have to upload goals, diagnosis, client name and all other information as well.

Drop Down for Person Involved, Services Delivered without unlocking Note
Is it possible to have a drop down that would allow us to change Person Involved, Services Delivered and Contact Type when the BIRP Note is locked.

Additional add-on code lines
Psychological testing requires two sets of primary service codes, each with their own individual add-on codes. On most occasions, the add-on codes have multiple units authorized. In order to effectively bill for these services, there needs to be more than three add-on code lines within the FIRPP note. Otherwise, this service will have to be billed manually.

Double Signature of Orders for Services
We would like to be able to add a double signature, from a supervisor, to an existing Order for Services just in case a client's services need to be added after the date of the assessment.

NC-CCA -Common Items
Please correct the Comprehensive Clinical assessment- common items format. If a CCA was completed in 2021 with common items section completed and I go to Complete an updated CCA in 2022 including the common items section, The common items section changes on my 2021 CCA as well.

Save Assessment Progress Automatically
I would like for Sharenote to add a feature where assessments automatically save while typing so information is not lost and you do not have to press the "save progress" button repeatedly during an evaluation.

Link assessments to authorizations and authorization requirements
Assessment codes do not link to authorization units or other authorization requirements. Please change this. Sharenote needs to alert staff when entering a BIRP note if an assessment using a 9000 code was done on the same day. It should also alert if there is an assessment done at the same time as a BIRP note.

We would like to see additional questionnaires to be added to support the assessments
These are some of the additional questionnaires to support the clinician during an assessment PTSD, Emotional Support Animals, ADHD adults, Safety Plan, ASI for substance abuse, Disassociation Experience Scale, and Suicide Risk would allow each agency to meet the MCO requirements.

Note Signature Comment Box
I would like a way for staff to comment as to why a note was signed late that would appear in the note history. An example as to why I feel this is needed would be my reviewer/supervisor was on vacation and did not lock the notes until they were back to work, past the 48 hour time frame. The note signatures are late yes but it would be great if staff could notate why they were signing late.

billing codes
Color code billing services codes so they are easier to differentiate, especially between the in person and audio/telehealth service codes since you do not know which is which unless you open and read to the end of the entire service code.
