  1. Tracked Changes

    "Tracked changes" should not be prompted for a supervising provider when editing an unlocked note of a supervisee. Supervisors are ethically and legally responsible for the content of supervisee's notes and editing them is a matter of practice. Changes are often made to improve the quality of the documentation. Once note is locked, supervisee reviews final note before signing for accuracy. As a supervisor, being prompted to explain why you are editing a supervisee's note is inappropriate.   7. nonbinary

    When creating staff profiles, I observed that there were only two gender options available to choose from. As an agency with non-binary staff, the limited options are not inclusive or respectful of our staff needs.
    We would greatly appreciate your allyship in expanding the gender options for staff profiles!

  8. Sort Reminders on Dashboard

    Would like the ability to arrange the My Reminders/Task section on the dashboard by date and also have the ability to put a time. I know that I can go into the task manager but it would be great to see what's next right at the dashboard. Thank You.

  10. audit mode

    When switching to audit mode, the system makes you logout of your account and back in. The same process must be done once you are done with the audit mode and want to go back into the regular mode. This process can be daunting when doing certain tasks. If a Audit Mode toggle button can be added to the top of the pages beside Global note view or Global Client view so that anyone with the admin function can easily toggle back and forth, that would be great.

  11. Note Preferences

    The option to print in chronological order. Notes will sort in chronological order to review online, but will not print in chronological order. The system converts back to most recent first. This presents an issue for medical review. All notes must be printed, sorted in chronological order and then scanned. This is a waste of paper and time for a programming issue.

  12. Add the Cancel and Return tab to the BIRP note to save your data and return to it later to complete like it is in the Universal not.

    When doing a note in the Universal format I am able to start on it, save it, go back into it, and finish it later with the Cancel and Return button located at the bottom

  13. Place of Service

    Effective 5/12/2023, telehealth services are no longer approved to be rendered by non-licensed staff persons. I noticed that if I remove the telehealth (02) setting as a option in the BIRP note setting then the licensed persons will not be able to select that as an option. Is it possible to create a separate BIRP setting for non-licensed and licensed staff persons. Only licensed staff will be able to continue providing CPST via telehealth services. This may help with billing.

  14. New ERA update

    I prefer updating ERA's manually, as it helps me keep track of new denials that need to be corrected. Intentionally I update the ERA activity, then correct the problems on the ERA, and then proceed to the next one with the same procedure.
    Can we get an option to Opt Out of the new release that has made the ERAs update electronically?

  15. Scheduler Kept Status

    I request that there be an option to allow /not allow all kept status Notes from populating on the calendar. I am noticing duplicate appts on the calendar. when the provider starts a note or assessment.

    IS THERE A WAY TO CHANGE AND SAVE ACCOUNT SETTINGS PER USER? FOR EXAMPLE, I WANT TO VIEW A CERTAIN NUMBER OF CLIENTS ON THE CLIENT MANAGER SCREEN WITHOUT HAVING TO GO OVER AND MANUALLY CHANGE THE NUMBER FROM THE DEFAULT NUMBER (25) EACH TIME I OPEN THE PAGE.
