How can we improve the ShareNote EMR?

Assessments

We would like to add the ability for our LMHP to review and sign off electronically on the assessments that are entered directly in ShareNote. Currently, only the assessor, child and parent can sign the assessment electronically. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

    Not just LMHP, but our Medical Director needs to sign off on our documents as well.
