  1. Expand the width of the "Group" Box when Creating New Service Authorizations

    When creating a New Service Authorization in the Svc Authorization Manager, the Names of the "Groups" Box is TINY and makes it very difficult to distinguish the full and different Names of each Group. It would be greatly appreciated if the "Groups" box was the same size as the box below it, which lists the Service Codes, individually. When Naming a Group, since there will be multiple Service Codes included, the Group name may be longer than an Individual Service. Again, this would be Greatly Appreciated!!! Thank you!

  2. deactivate

    Under Client Manager, there is a "discharge" button in red off to the right. Could it be changed to clarify and change the button to "deactivate"? Instead of discharge it will clear confusion from the actual discharging of the client's record. It was explained to me by Tammey that it makes the client's file inactive, not actually discharged.

    Can we add some entries to the drop down list in the client ledger. I need in the payment drop down to add Insurance allowed amount, and insurance paid amount, Insurance discount and to be able to print the invoice to send to clients for payment.

  5. show middle initial for duplicate names

    Where we have more than one client with the same name, i.e. Susan Smith, please allow us to see the middle initial when scrolling through names so we can choose the correct client. Also, the middle initial should be visible in the BIRP note section. Please & thank you!

  7. Client list with address and phone information report

    I have not been able to find this so I assume we do not have it on Sharenote. Instead of having to go to each client's file and write down their address, it would be great to be able to go into the client manager and be able to see our caseload (just the client's names) and then be able to run a report that allows a checkbox for address, phone number, etc.

  8. Service authorizations needs a new feature

    When updating an existing service authorization, in the service authorizations manager, include the box to be checked, that would update the clients services, in the clients services tab.

  11. New E mail collection data fields.

    A data field to collect e mail addresses should be added to the parent/guardian and case worker/case manager section of a client detail page. This provider provides 95% of it's services to youth and adolescents therefore referrals come in from Schools, County agencies, parents, etc.

  12. Uploads of Documents in Clients File

    Before we were able to upload several files with different labels and different descriptions. I would love if share note can add

  13. Add services to multiple clients at once.

    Currently if I add a new service to the Service Manager, there is no way for me to apply that service to all of the clients which forces me to have to add them to each client, one by one. I can add them to the service manager, but it does not apply the service changes to the client on the fly.

  14. add new column to show clients in red for "Last seen days" --reflecting # of days since last note

    Hi, when looking at clients in client manager, is there any way to add a column for "BIRP note Last Seen (Days)" to only reflect the number of days that a BIRP note was last submitted? Right now the "Last seen" column it is also taking into account any assessments that have been done, so it is not giving us a good representation of how many days a client was last seen my their therapist/paraprofessional w/corresponding BIRP note. AKA if a BIRP note has not been submitted for the last 14 days, we want it to show up red even…

  16. Multiple Locations for Same Client

    I would love to have the ability to add clients with their clinical data (Treatment Plans and all items from file manager) including DAP notes to multiple locations. Specifically, my agency has more than 5 locations and sometimes clients need a record in more than 1 location. It has been extremely time depleting to have to create 2 and even 3 records for the same clients just to see said clients in multiple locations. Please help!
